When can I reach customer support?
Our support team is available Monday–Friday, 10 AM–6 PM (EST). We’re closed on weekends and public holidays. We usually reply within 24 hours.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide 🌍. Enter your address at checkout to confirm delivery and see shipping estimates.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping: 7–14 business days after 1–2 days processing. Express shipping (if available): 1–3 business days after processing.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes! You can return/exchange items within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Return shipping costs may apply.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes 🎁 You can add gift wrap service at checkout for a small fee. We’ll wrap your order and include a greeting card if you like.

  • Can I change my shipping address? Only before your order is processed. Once shipped, we can’t change it.
